Hey everybody! I'm really excited to share some of my favorite attacks off of the single leg X position. In this series, we're going to be covering some advanced attack options from single leg X using both sleeves, finding some unexpected submission opportunities, and transitions to other guard positions (specifically Full X and Waiter Sweep). These are some of my "go-to" attacks and I hope you like them!
P.S.- If you enjoy this series, check out our ankle lock series which complements this series quite nicely!
Thank you for your support and please share!
