In this course, I'm going to show a detailed explanation of how the armbar from closed guard works, several setups, as well as variations. I will pinpoint "make it or break it" details that allow for the armlock from closed guard to work, which I think are very often looked over in a lot of instruction that I've seen. The straight armbar from closed guard is a killer. Learn these details and I promise it will expand your closed guard arsenal, as well as improve your overall game. I've designed this course to be beneficial to both the beginner as well as the seasoned competitor. Enjoy!
